Closing Cost
At a no cost loan, for conforming and super conforming loans, the appraisal fee of $435 is paid by the borrower UPFRONT TO THE LENDER.
This fee will be reimbursed to the borrower after close of escrow. The lenders credit will pay for all other cost. We will not add any cost to your loan amount, so your principal balance will not be increased.
